Synopsis
Follow 12-year-old Percy Jackson as he discovers the world is not as simple as he once believed. All the myths are true, the Greek gods and goddesses are real, and one of them happens to be his dad. Percy is now realizing all the crazy things he has seen in life are not all in his head. And now that he knows the truth about who he is, monsters and the gods are coming after him. Percy is chosen to embark on a quest, with his best friend Grover, who also happens to be part goat, and the wise girl from camp, Annabeth. Together they must find Zeus's missing lightning bold and prevent at war amongst the gods, all within 10 days. This story follows Percy as he discovers who he is, battles monsters he once believed were fantasy, and tries to prevent World War 3.
