My design was inspired by the rabbit of Alice and Wonderland. Rihanna was the perfect muse for this project because she always goes above and beyond with the theme. I noticed she likes to show off her legs and her hourglass figure when she is on the red carpet, so I took these elements into account for this design. This look features a fitted jacket style top with an asymmetrical closure. It has a cold shoulder design with sleeves reaching to the wrist. On the sleeves there is a printed design of gears and clocks. A similar design is featured around her waist. However some of this design is three-dimensional, with gears and clock pieces attached. The bottom of this design is a high-low layered skirt in an ombre blue coloring on the outside and golden yellow on the inside. Showcasing texture and movement on the red carpet were important to me for this design.
